As a full-time, full service Real Estate Specialist, William M Jepson has over 10 years of real estate experience, including buying, selling, and rental properties. He provides home sellers and buyers with an innovative real estate solution. By using the efficiencies of the Internet, he has streamlined the real estate process and is able to pass significant savings on to clients without compromising on service.

After graduating from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics and an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, he ramped up his real estate career providing his clients with a level of expertise that few other agents can provide. After many years of success working for the military and running a successful web design business he has gained a reputation as the "Veterans Choice" for home buying and selling.

William has lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years, and has worked for clients around the entire Vegas valley. He loves helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals anywhere across the state, but especially loves working with buyers and sellers in his own hometown!

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?

A: I specialize in residential real estate in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, Boulder City and Pahrump. I do a lot of work with "flippers," helping them find great deals and ultimately getting them top dollar for the homes they have remodeled. I have also had great success negotiating short sales for my clients.
